Our asthma questionnaire is to be used by patients where your asthma is stable and controlled. Please drop completed questionnaires off at the practice or email them to us at nhsh.gp56006-admin@nhs.scot
Asthma review
Where your asthma is not stable then you will need to book an asthma consultation with Joan Macleod, our advanced pharmacist practitioner, to review your management of your asthma and to conduct a medication review. Respiratory clinics are held weekly on a Wednesday morning. Please call the practice on 01463 712233 to make your appointment.
Respiratory resource hub for patients and carers
This Respiratory Resource Hub has been developed as an information source for people living with respiratory symptoms or conditions, and for their carers. It includes information gathered together from trusted sources, mostly third sector organisations (such as health charities) and the NHS.
