Make an appointment
We limit calls received between 8am-8.30am and 5.30pm-6pm to urgent medical enquiries only.
To make or change a routine appointment, for medication or general enquiries, please call us after 8.30am and before 5.30pm.
Patients can cancel appointments via voicemail.
We offer phone, ‘Near Me’ (video) and face-to-face (F2F) appointments. Appointments can be with a GP, Advanced Practitioner or one of our nursing team members as appropriate.
F2F appointments are to be used for concerns that cannot be dealt with over the phone or video call. Our receptionist team will guide you; please answer their questions as they can direct you to the most appropriate service.
Early morning phone appointments (extended hours) are available most days from 7.30am.
Please only book an online appointment where you have been sent a request to do so for a specific clinic.
