From September 2025 some of our clinicians will use Heidi during your consultation. Heidi is an AI note taker that clinicians will use during your consultation to write their clinical notes. This means the clinician will spend less time typing and more time focussing on you. It is safe and secure and you can ask to see what Heidi writes. Please understand that your information will be handled with the utmost of care, and Heidi's use is aimed solely at improving your healthcare experience. You can choose to opt out of Heidi being used and the clinician will proceed to record the outcomes of your appointment as normal.
